Have used Direct to Florist services on several occasions. The flowers I have ordered have always arrived on time, and on one occasion, when the florist I had chosen could not fulfil the order, Direct to Florist referred the order on, and my flowers were still delivered on time. What can I say. Beautiful flowers as usual which the recipient just loved, as usual. I had a last minute hitch where my lovely lady was unfortunately unwell and called in sick to work where the flowers were to be delivered. Many Athens, without hesitation offered to deliver to home, when I thanked her and said she wansnt at home but staying at her sisters house at least an hours drive further away, Mary said absolutely no problem and made that delivery for me. That is outstanding customer service above and beyond what I would expect and is the hallmark of this wonderful florist, she is an exceptional lady.

Website is clear and informative, pricing is transparent with no hidden costs, and concise email updates throughout help to maintain a positive process. I have a family member in Australia that was in hospital and I found Direct2florist Australia online and looked through the florists to find one close to the hospital. Time zone difference meant that my order was placed in the mid morning for them and the delivery was in the middle of the night for me and it all went flawlessly. Using flower delivery quite often. Wasn’t happy with Interflora, as the content of the bouquet, and let’s say, it’s mood we’re very far from expectations of the picture on the site, though the service and the convenience were nice. That was the reason of trying the local florists. Though my first experience with the local florists hardly can be described as 100% positive- everything is vice - versa - a good quality of the bouquet and the weaker service (what is understood, difficulties of management in SME), I still keep searching for my perfect flower delivery partner. Putting you 4 stars, as the first attempt is not absolutely successful, but I hope to be there. Thank you2 stars, as the service was poor, I’m sorry for telling that. We have to call them to receive some feedback about the delivery time at 5 pm, they wouldn’t pick up phone. Then we wrote an email, and eventually at 8 pm after this 2 reminders we received the bouquet on daughter’s birthday. Card and the bouquet by itself were accurate. Thank you.

The flowers were beautiful. I selected the highest price point and felt that, in comparison to previous purchases from other sites/florists, the value was good. I had also asked for more purple than pink - the purple flowers that were in the arrangement were beautiful and the pinks were stunning too. I was happy that the flowers were unique &amp; different-I've had flowers sent that were nothing more than daisies and carnations, which, while beautiful, were not at all what I ordered or wanted. These were roses, Gerber daises, and what looked like ranunculus. The greenery was unique too.

The bouquets seemed ok but neither of the photographs sent by florist looked as luxurious as shown on website. There seemed to be different flowers, totally missing white roses and none of the spiky greenery (steel grass and fern I think). I chose this bouquet as it had no chrysanthemums, my least favourite flower, only to see it full of Pom Pom chrysanthemums. I was a little disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Dealt with a problem that arose very promptly and efficiently. Florist immediately added free wine and chocolates to the order to compensate. Also an email was sent to me to confirm delivery including a photo of the product. I would not hesitate to use the company again and will recommend it to friends. Many thanks to all involved. Perfect product delivered - just as in picture - really beautiful flowers. Our friends were thrilled with them.

A very good service sending flowers to Sydney and my daughter was happy . But I felt a bit disappointed when receiving a picture of the actual bouquet delivered that it was different than the one I had ordered. So better to specify if you don't want,for example,orange flowers in your bouquet. Brigitte
